Delivery Manager- IT Recruitment Consultant at IFIT Solutions SAP Basis Consultant – Remote (Argentina) – Professional English Required We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to join our team in a 100% remote role based in Brazil. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with global, cross‑functional teams. Role Overview: You will be responsible for SAP Basis administration, upgrades, infrastructure updates, and technical support for cloud‑based SAP environments. The role involves close collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure stable, secure, and high‑performing SAP systems. Key Responsibilities: - Perform SAP Basis activities, system administration, upgrades, and release/version updates. - Support SAP S/4HANA, HEC, and cloud infrastructure operations. - Troubleshoot technical issues across network, interfaces, and load balancer components. - Ensure smooth service operations, incident resolution, and escalation handling. - Collaborate with cross‑cultural teams on customer‑facing technical topics. - Contribute to continuous improvement, documentation, and best practices. Required Qualifications: - Strong experience as an SAP Technical Consultant, including SAP Basis. - Hands‑on experience with SAP Basis, SAP S/4HANA, HEC or cloud solutions. - Strong knowledge of IT Service Management. - Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. - Professional English required. - Strong customer focus, communication skills, and ability to work independently. Nice to Have: - Cloud architecture knowledge; Azure/AWS/GCP fundamentals. - Experience with SAP system migrations or upgrades. - Knowledge of ITIL or project management fundamentals.
