Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team, focused on selling AI-powered automation solutions. Our innovative products, including automated live chat, AI-driven information extraction, PPC ad automation, and call management solutions, are designed to save businesses time, reduce manual efforts, and optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients across various industries who can benefit from our automation solutions. Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demos, showcasing the benefits and ROI of automating live chat, information extraction, PPC ad management, and call routing processes.
- Solution Selling: Understand clients' pain points and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs, emphasizing the value of our automation tools in reducing costs, improving lead qualification, and optimizing ad spend.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Market & Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and advancements in AI automation technology. Provide feedback to the product team to help refine offerings based on client needs.
- Sales Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales metrics, pipeline status, and forecasts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, or AI-driven solutions.
- Skills: Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly in live chat automation, information extraction, PPC ad automation, and call management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Personality: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Technical Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, with experience using CRM software and sales automation tools.
