Billing & Payroll Officer

1. College graduate of any 4 year Computer or Business related course
2. Experience in billing and payroll officer is an advantage
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
4. Must be a team player and has initiative
5. Must be highly analytical with keen attention to detail
6. Highly computer literate
7. Works well under pressure and meets deadlines

Job Description:

1. Follow established guidelines, policies, and procedures in performing all areas of payroll processing and balancing for several divisions
2. Perform billing processing for several divisions every cut-off
3. Process clients’ invoices per contracts delivered
4. Issue invoices and billing to clients through various channels (mail, e-mail, etc.)
5. Gather, arrange, and input payroll data correctly and timely
6. Ensure reports are balanced and records are properly maintained
7. Create several reports using Excel and ensure all records are properly maintained
8. Facilitate payslip printed copy
9. Perform bank uploading of employee site salaries and submit bank report
10. Provide solutions to disputed invoices by carrying out relevant investigations
11. Systematically accommodate all email correspondence
12. Ensure accurate records of payroll by carrying out regular system updates in areas like status changes, benefits deductions, time off accruals, and withholding tax
13. Manage account balances/deductions in employees' salaries
14. Provide appropriate answers to clients’ inquiries
15. Accommodate employee inquiries about their salary
16. Process payroll salary/13th month/backpay for employees
