While this is optional, candidates who provide a video presentation will be given priority. - Note: If you're hired for this role, you may be asked to update your LinkedIn profile :) About the role We are seeking a senior Virtual Chief of Staff to act as the Founder/CEO’s right hand. This role owns execution across priorities, oversees operational support, and ensures financial and operational discipline. This is a strategic operator role, not an executive assistant position. Key Responsibilities - Translate Founder priorities into clear plans, timelines, and accountability. - Oversee and manage very capable EA's output, priorities, and execution quality. - Drive day-to-day operational coordination across projects and initiatives. - Provide financial oversight, including: - Review of financial models, budgets, and forecasts - Cash-flow monitoring and variance analysis - Ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping and reporting executed by EA (no hands-on QuickBooks work required) - Own and optimize Notion as the company’s operating system for projects, dashboards, documentation, and decision tracking. - Prepare concise dashboards, updates, and briefing materials for the Founder. Required Background - Prior experience as a Chief of Staff or Head of Operations. - Strong financial literacy, including financial modeling, budgeting, and cash-flow oversight. - Ability to review and validate QuickBooks outputs without performing bookkeeping directly. - Advanced Notion expertise (required). - Proven experience managing and holding others accountable in a remote environment. - High judgment, discretion, and comfort operating independently. - Ideally an MBA or Engineering Degree.
