For our importante client, we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their Finance and Accounting Team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity of their financial records and improving processes. Responsabilities: - Strengthening processes, procedures and internal controls – Assist in the development and enforcement of internal controls and best practices. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes across the company. - Collaborate in weekly and month end closing process. - Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial completeness. - Oversee GL transactions ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded and classified, complete monthly accruals and journal entries and reconcile key accounts monthly. - Maintain proper documentation for financial records. - Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports. Requisitos: - Education: CPA, degree completed. - Preferred Background: 4–5 years of accounting experience, preferably with Production, Multinational companies. Strong preference for candidates with Big 4 experience. - System Expertise: Advanced Excel skills are a must: Experience with nested formulas (e.g., conditional, lookup, text extraction), pivot tables, and macros is required. Visual Basi and Power BI is preferred. - English: Advanced level of English is a must - Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of GAAP principles, processes, procedures, internal control and audit - Monthly Closing Experience: Strong working knowledge of financial reporting, month end closing, and audit support. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem solving - Self-Starter: Proactive self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment - Collaborative Communication: Strong English skills. Effective communicator with cross-functional teams. Ability to own a process, collaborate with other departments to push work forward.
