Job Description You will design, configure, and implement SAP Quality Management solutions for clients in regulated sectors such as life sciences and manufacturing. Responsibilities - Lead SAP QM configuration and support activities in implementation and enhancement projects - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions - Develop functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials for SAP QM modules - Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose optimal QM solutions - Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with technical teams to resolve problems - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in QM processes - Contribute to process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts - Provide expert guidance on SAP QM best practices and industry trends to clients and team members - Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate project progress and deliverables Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of hands‑on experience in SAP QM implementation, extension, or support projects - In‑depth knowledge of SAP QM processes, including inspection processes, sampling, batch management, quality notifications, and quality certificates - Strong understanding of integration between SAP QM and related modules (MM, PP, WM) - Experience working in regulated industries, preferably in life sciences or manufacturing - Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members - Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) - SAP QM certification preferred - Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Willingness to travel to client sites as required Benefits - Workflex: 25 working days off annually and flexibility to work from your preferred location - Flexible time off to support work‑life balance - Annual training budget of 1 500 CHF - Unity Scheme: loyalty rewards after 3 years of service Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Information Technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
