Descripción - Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones contables del departamento de Accounting & Finance. - Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas contables y fiscales vigentes en Argentina. - Preparar y analizar estados financieros mensuales, trimestrales y anuales. - Colaborar en la planificación y ejecución de auditorías internas y externas. - Optimizar procesos contables y proponer mejoras continuas en la gestión financiera. - Gestionar y liderar un equipo, promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y eficiente. - Coordinar la elaboración del presupuesto anual y el control de su ejecución. - Reportar al equipo directivo sobre el desempeño financiero y contable de la organización. Perfil buscado El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos: - Formación universitaria en Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines. - Conocimientos avanzados en normas contables locales e internacionales. - Manejo avanzado de herramientas informáticas y software de gestión contable. - Habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para trabajar en equipo. - Dominio del idioma inglés avanzado.
