Your ‘day to day’

- Support the strategy definition and deployment of OPEN+ (TPM Programme) across the factory in line with PMI standards, coordinating Operations relevant Teams;

- Monitor the impact of the programme deployment in what concerns capability building and business impact, work actively in losses elimination, definition and execution of sustainability actions;

- Maintain track of progress on KPIs and enable strong ownership of the Operations Team via Engagements;

- Act as member of pillars, training and coaching all employees in all the programme and TPM tools.

Who we’re looking for

- University degree in Engineering preferably Industrial / Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical or similar (mandatory);

- 3+ years’ professional experience as a Leader/Trainer on TPM/WCM/Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing (mandatory);

- Strong coaching and communication skills to manage relationships with different stakeholders,

- Advance management in MS Office (mandatory), Power BI and Minitab will be a plus;

- Fluent English (mandatory).
