Job Title: Senior Consultant - IT Problem Coordinator
Career Level - D3
Introduction to Role:
Are you ready to disrupt an industry and change lives? We are seeking a Senior Consultant - IT Problem Coordinator to support all problem management activities, ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with Service Level Agreements and business requirements. This role is crucial in minimizing the adverse impact of Incidents and Problems on the business and preventing recurrence of Incidents. As part of a global team focused on AZ IT service continuity, you will be an advocate and ambassador for the Problem Management process across IT and the business.
Accountabilities:
As a Senior Consultant - IT Problem Coordinator, you will initiate and manage problem investigations, ensure comprehensive communications of learning and corrective action following Incidents, analyze data relating to IT Services to identify and drive Service Improvement Plans, deliver regular reporting on IT Service performance/trends, and engage with key stakeholders to understand business challenges and service issues. You will also work collaboratively with Integrated assurance to support internal and external assurance activities and third-party suppliers on operational issues affecting applications from a designated service area.
Essential Skills/Experience:
1. Broad understanding of IT Service Management process best practices
2. Proven capability for assessment of complex business issues and successful delivery of measured improvement initiatives
3. Strong analytical skills and experience of related toolsets
4. Ability to form effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
5. Ability to make decisions in pressure situations at a management level
6. Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
7. Ability to collaborate across different technologies
8. Experience of risk management and assessment
9. Good communication and facilitation skills
Qualifications:
1. Business Administration / Information Service Degree
2. ITIL training / service management accreditation
3. Technical skills, awareness, and experience
4. Ability to work well in diverse, multinational teams
