Tus próximos desafíos

Como Engineering Manager Backend de Global66, combinarás el liderazgo técnico con la gestión de personas, asegurando la calidad, seguridad y eficiencia del desarrollo de software dentro de la organización. El EM debe tener habilidades técnicas sólidas, capacidad de liderazgo y una mentalidad orientada al crecimiento y mejora continua.

Tendrás la oportunidad de ser parte de la creación de un espacio de trabajo destinado únicamente para los mejores talentos tech.
Este cargo es en modalidad híbrida 4x1 (4 días en la oficina, 1 de trabajo remoto a tu elección). En Global66 no nos limitamos al organigrama, por lo que trabajarás junto al CTO de Global66 y a un equipo completamente apasionado por llegar a la cima del Everest.

Tus principales funciones serán:

1. People Management: Asegurar que el trabajo del equipo se entregue rápidamente y con alta calidad, cumpliendo con los lineamientos establecidos y los KPI´s, fomentando la participación activa y apego a los valores del equipo tech y Global66.
2. Entregar feedback a desarrolladores y TLs con el espíritu de mejorar la calidad técnica de los entregables.
3. Technical Management: Procurar que sus devs desarrollen software de manera rápida y eficiente utilizando los frameworks y tecnologías de Global66, asegurando la calidad del código mediante revisiones e implementación de mejores prácticas.
4. Liderar decisiones técnicas sobre el diseño, tecnologías, APIs, partners y modelos de datos.
5. Colaborar con POs y otros stakeholders para definir los requisitos de los proyectos a desarrollar, planificando y coordinando los esfuerzos del equipo, siendo capaz de identificar los riesgos asociados.
6. Mentorizar y desarrollar las habilidades técnicas y profesionales de los miembros del equipo, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y motivador, facilitando la comunicación y resolución de conflictos.

¿Qué buscamos?

1. Estudios Universitarios completos en áreas de desarrollo de software o similar.
2. 5 años de experiencia en roles similares.
3. Sólidos conocimientos para decidir, diseñar e implementar pipelines de devops, repositorio, arquitectura en general.
4. Conocimientos avanzados de los frameworks y tecnologías que utilizamos en Global66 (Java y Springboot).
