Growth & Ecommerce GM - Remote LATAM + Equity

HoopStars, a Toronto-based youth basketball business, is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead marketing, ecommerce and profitable growth across HoopStars and its parent brand portfolio. The role combines running HoopStars with building and managing the parent company’s marketing team, with emphasis on remote leadership and cross-brand strategy. You will own budgets, performance, and customer experience, turning ads into customers and improving conversion and retention.
