The Chief Information Officer will set vision & strategy, develop, implement and drive improvements in all aspects of business system automation and information security globally. CIO will manage the global IT budget, justifying return on investment, providing proactive guidance on the latest industry standards, making our business systems increasingly interconnected, and ensuring the implementation of security protocols pass internal and external audits. The role will report directly to the COO and executive leadership and work closely with the existing global technology and data teams. Responsibilities - Manage & allocate IT budgets across business units, regions and mergers. - Develop, champion and review a multi-year IT strategy to increase consistency, functionality and simplicity of our systems while enabling continued mergers of both small and large companies. - Identify new Information Systems developments and technologies; anticipate resulting organizational modifications. - Develop a strategy and processes enabling qualified teams to self‑develop automation using corporate and other data, potentially using the Workato platform. - Provide a vision and support for information security focused on incident prevention, detection and response. - Develop metrics to enable executives, IT staff and others to understand and measure IT goals and progress. - Guide procurement to increase IT efficiency and reduce costs and risks across the company. - Develop frameworks for the efficient onboarding of new acquisitions. - Collaborate with internal business partners to streamline frameworks and policies to increase client win rate and reduce time to contract. - Provide senior IT leadership to clients, internal integration teams and to auditors. - Partner with CISO to ensure cybersecurity risks are managed appropriately. - Partner with our ESG team in reporting and fulfilling our pledge. Qualifications - Experience in global leadership. - Experience architecting a global cloud based IT infrastructure based on Google and Salesforce technologies. - Experience with rapidly growing and/or a newly public global company. - Management of key financial indicators for IT organizations. - Experience integrating frequent mergers & acquisitions. - Ability to travel internationally. - Excellent communications and EQ. - ERP implementation experience is core requirement.
