RFP ANALYST:

As an RFP Analyst at InEvent, you will be instrumental in creating RFP opportunities for InEvent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prospect and find RFP opportunities for the company;
2. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with the proposal team to ensure smooth communication and alignment;
3. Lead and facilitate proposal strategy sessions to define objectives and align on approach;
4. Analyze proposal requirements, proactively identify potential challenges, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution;
5. Present comprehensive proposal updates during review meetings, outlining progress and next steps;
6. Develop and communicate a detailed responsibility matrix to clarify roles and expectations for the proposal team;
7. Contribute standardized content from verified sources for recurring response elements, ensuring consistency and accuracy;
8. Maintain and manage team biographies for inclusion in proposals;
9. Format and edit proposals to enhance clarity, grammatical accuracy, and maintain a cohesive and professional tone;
10. Establish and adhere to proposal deadlines by setting clear priorities and timelines for content development, review, and submission;
11. Provide direct support to the Proposal Team Lead as required;
12. Prepare and deliver regular RFP updates, including weekly progress reports and quarterly reviews for leadership;
13. Oversee the accuracy, organization, and maintenance of shared resources, including shared drives, folders, and tools like SharePoint;
14. Collaborate with key stakeholders to refine and enhance proposal processes and templates at both local and global levels;
15. Participate actively in internal meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with organizational objectives;
16. Offer commercial support and assistance as needed, ensuring alignment with business goals.

PRE-REQUISITES:

1. Minimum of 2 years experience working on RFPs;
2. Experience in the event or tech industry;
3. Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
4. Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook;
5. Strong planning and organizational skills;
6. Remote presentation skills, exceptional listening skills, and above-average problem-solving skills;
7. Ability to work with a team and an ability to learn and adapt quickly;
8. Excellent research skills;
9. Knowledge or experience of software terminology for software sales is a plus.

CONTRACT: This is a Permanent, Full-time position (40h per week), on an Independent Contractor status.
