- Supervise and manage the mechanical workshop
- Task planning, vehicle and equipment maintenance and quality control
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Manage the team and communication with management and customers
- Set up and monitor performance indicators

Description of the profile

- Holder of a CFC in truck, utility or agricultural machinery mechanics, knowledge of automobiles
- Driver's license required, category BE and CE, forklift driver an asset
- Several years of recent garage experience
- Knowledge of welding is an asset

Skills required

- Ability to carry out rapid and accurate diagnostics (mechanical, hydraulic and electrical)
- Team management and safety skills
- Good organization and sense of priorities
