About the role

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business as we continue to expand and operate across the globe. You’ll use insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers. - Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring our features are working properly, and monitoring metrics to understand customer behaviour
- Liaising with local teams, such as Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Finance
- Managing project prioritisation
- Defining playbooks and processes for execution of services to continue enabling hyper-growth
- Managing critical vendor relationships and strategic partnerships
- Identifying and developing financial features, as well as operational, licensing, and growth opportunities

What you'll need
- Fluency in English
- Advanced SQL skills
