What you will doDevelop and maintain robust, scalable solutions using Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL;Lead product development in collaboration with Product, Design, Analytics, and other stakeholders;Build polished, high-touch user interfaces;Design and implement scalable solutions;Enhance 3D modeling integrations, data processing pipelines, and interactive property models;Improve existing code through refactoring and optimization;Collaborate with engineers to architect reliable systems;Ensure high-quality code delivery through unit and end-to-end testing;Continuously improve development processes and system performance;Make a measurable impact on user experience for construction and skilled trades customers.Must haves5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with strong expertise in backend technologies like Ruby on Rails, and frontend frameworks such as React;Experience in building RESTful architectures and/or GraphQL APIs, designing efficient, scalable, and secure interfaces for both internal and external use;Proficiency in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS or Google Cloud) and experience building scalable applications that support complex workflows;Working hours: Most of the team works Pacific Time.
