Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Sales Manager que impulse nuestra estrategia comercial y nos ayude a posicionar nuestros productos y servicios en el mercado de Latam.
ResponsabilidadesDiseñar e implementar la estrategia de ventas y posicionamiento de nuestras soluciones tecnológicas.Identificar y generar oportunidades de negocio en sectores clave, trabajando de la mano con equipos técnicos y de producto.Liderar relaciones comerciales con clientes y partners estratégicos, entendiendo sus necesidades y proponiendo soluciones de alto impacto.Supervisar y potenciar el desempeño de un equipo de ventas dinámico, enfocado en resultados.Asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales y contribuir al crecimiento sostenible de la compañía.RequisitosExperiencia previa de al menos 8 años en posiciones de liderazgo en ventas consultiva en empresas de tecnología.Conocimiento en Software, Data & Analytics, AI y/o servicios de consultoría.Habilidades comprobadas para generar relaciones sólidas con clientes y cerrar acuerdos estratégicos.Mentalidad analítica y orientación a resultados.Excelente comunicación y capacidad para negociar con stakeholders de diversos niveles.Inglés intermedio/avanzado y disponibilidad para viajar.Beneficios?OSDE para vos y tu grupo familiar.
