Description
Mercedes-Benz Group Services Poland (MBGSPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. As a Finance Operations Center for the AG and its subsidiaries, we offer innovative solutions in the areas of finance and controlling. Founded in 2024, we are currently in a strong development phase and want to develop quickly to contribute to the economic success of the Group in Krakow.
Become part of our Intercompany Accounting team as soon as possible
These are your tasks:
Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Support the transition of intercompany accounting processes from Berlin to Krakow and ensure smooth operational implementation.Maintain and further develop process documentation for the transferred processes and support stable knowledge management.Interact with different stakeholders from various departments including procurement, production, and controlling.Execute and document internal controls (ICS) to ensure compliance and accuracy.Drive continuous improvement of processes (CIP) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.What can you expect from us:

Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in the finance/accounting area.University degree in financial or economy area completed or in progress.Strong affinity for numbers and accounting.Good handling of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP would be a plus.Good knowledge of German (minimum B2) as well as communicative written and spoken English (B1) are required.Good communication skills.Team player.Organization
