Main responsibilities include verifying, capturing, and storing legal agreements required to transact with the firm.Identify issues and co-ordinate with the relevant functions internally for prompt resolution on disputed points within set time-frame parameters.Working with key partners in legal, business, operations, and technology, contribute towards the development of an efficient operating framework.Working closely with business stakeholders in various locations and the global document management team in India, US, and UK.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Proficiency in MS Office is a must.Listens effectively to client needs, asks the right questions & is sensitive to what is priority for our clients.Ability and confidence to establish written and oral conversations in English.Capacity to interpret legal documents/agreements.Problem-solving mindset.Graduated from Economics, Bachelor in Business Administration, Law, and similar is preferred.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Communicates effectively and professionally, quick response to queries and identify when escalation is needed.Strong organizational skills.'Working to deadline' approach.If you join the company, you will be part of a diverse and inclusive team that supports each other and will empower you to do your best work.
