OneSeven Tech (OST) is seeking an AI Powered Full-Stack Engineer to join our team.
We are looking for someone who focuses on building and deploying full-scale applications while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to maximize efficiency and code quality.
Your Impact As an AI-powered Full Stack Developer, you'll revolutionize software creation by integrating AI tools throughout the entire development lifecycle.
Your use of AI for rapid prototyping, code generation, testing, and debugging will dramatically accelerate delivery timelines while elevating code quality.
By architecting systems that seamlessly blend AI services with human-crafted solutions, you'll build applications that would traditionally require entire teams of specialists.
By combining your technical expertise with cutting-edge AI capabilities, you'll pioneer breakthrough solutions that give our clients a transformative advantage in their markets.
About you You are someone who loves keeping up with modern tools, loves moving fast, building cool things, and is ready to take on any challenge.
You love being part of a team and you use collaboration, transparency, and proactive communications as the pathways to conduct your work, always staying focused on customer requirements and timeframes.
You are a student and practitioner of multiple Agile methodologies (such as Scrum, Extreme Programming, and Lean) which you use with professional discipline, always working iteratively and delivering incrementally.
You write code using TDD methods (Test Driven Development) and with automated Unit Tests you never compromise the quality of the software that you develop.
You are a Full-Stack Application Developer who has already adopted modern AI tools to become faster and more efficient.
You love working on a mix of Web and Mobile applications and you are proficient in architectures that use API frameworks.
Starting with CI/CD pipelines, you are obsessive about automation to increase your feedback from changes and the speed of delivery to your customer.
And above all, you are focused on finding the simplest solutions to every problem rather than overly relying on technology.
Onboarding Onboarding will be conducted by video call.
We expect a quick onboarding process, enabling you to contribute to projects swiftly after starting.
This position is for our Integrated Roles ( https://www.oneseventech.com/services/integrated-roles ) client, offering a contract-to-full-time opportunity.
You'll be embedded within the client's team to deliver impactful solutions faster than traditional processes allow.
Qualifications 6+ years of experience working as a Full-Stack Application Developer.Intermediate English level (required), strong written and verbal communication skills.Able to work 9am -5pm EST, and provide for your own workspace with reliable Internet service.Experience with multiple Agile Methodologies, processes, and methods for software development.Passionate about the startup company environment and always eager to learn.Team player, willing to jump outside your role when necessary to improve the capabilities of the larger team.
You are Ok to work a late night or a weekend, if necessary to keep a project on track.Ability to research as you work, identifying the simplest solutions before applying new technologies to problems.Independent problem-solver who can understand challenges and run with solutions.Technical Requirements Programming experience working with modern frontend frameworks like React Native and NextJS for browser-based and mobile applications.Experience with component UI libraries such as Material UI, Bootstrap, and Tailwind.Experience integrating AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer, or similar tools into your daily workflow.Ability to leverage AI for code generation, refactoring, and optimization while maintaining code quality: Replit, Dev.new, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.Familiarity with Figma and ability to mock up a simple UI when needed.Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as JWT (JSON Web Token) and Amazon Cognito.Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Apple Swift, Python, Ruby, and other programming languages.
Experience with object-oriented, functional, and procedural programming styles.GIT, GitHub, and GitHub Actions experience.
Experience building automated CI/CD pipelines.Experience working with Linux OS (and Microsoft Windows).Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and other relational database management systems with proficiency in SQL.Must have AWS experience, experience with serverless application architectures, ability to write Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, and packaging applications using Docker.Knowledge of Web security best practices.Benefits/Compensation Fully Remote PositionContract-based employment with U.S. companyStarting at $5,000 - $6,000 depending on qualifications and experienceNo formal benefits packages available (health insurance, retirement plans)A Company-paid Personal Time-Off plan that includes Paid Vacation Time, Personal Days, yearly holidays, and Company-sponsored holidays.
