Job Description MRM is a Digital Marketing and Advertising leading multinational company.
We're looking for a Ssr Marketing Coordinator with strong project management and team oversight skills to join our global team, supporting one of our top accounts.
In this role, you'll play a key part in executing marketing initiatives for the client's Commercial Market, one of its four strategic business areas.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of marketing programs, specifically for event coordination.
Work schedule: 10:00 to 19:00 hs
What You'll Do Project & Team Oversight: Manage end-to-end event coordination.
Oversee cross-functional collaboration, providing guidance and structure to team members.Event Management: Oversee scheduling, briefing, and execution of commercial events, ensuring smooth delivery and compliance with guidelines.Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and partners to align on event objectives, timelines, and deliverables.Content & Messaging: Develop promotional copy, coordinate content reviews, and ensure alignment with brand standards.Process & Compliance: Track marketing efforts, maintain event calendars, monitor KPIs, and generate reports on event performance.Lead Management: Manage lead lists, track engagement, and provide reports on event effectiveness.Required Experience 4 years of experience in marketing communications, business operations, or consulting (agency or client-side).Project management expertise, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives and support team coordination.Experience managing cross-functional teams and ensuring process adherence.Excellent communication skills in English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).Some Of Our Benefits Are Remote working (we go to the office twice a month).First level medical coverage for you and your direct family group.Institutes and shops discounts.Free access to education platform (Spark by Degreed).Free days off per year and birthday day.English classes in Company.If you consider that this proposal is of your interest, do not hesitate to apply
