Job Description - Manager: Credit Management (Retail & Corporate) (MER0003DZJ)
Description Major responsibilities include: To analyse and assess credit risk of all borrower segments (Retail Credit, Corporate Fleet and Dealer floorplan financing), and assure prudent credit recommendation / first decision to Management under MBM Credit Rules and guidelines, that result in good quality portfolio.To manage company-wide/functional projects in alignment with other Business Units and related credit risk issues to improve overall Credit Operation processes, leverage digitalization rate as well as minimize potential cost of credit risk.Qualifications Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/related fields from well-known university. Master degree or MBA is a plus.At least 5 years experiences as a Corporate Credit Analyst from a well-known bank or finance/leasing company.Experience in both Corporate and Retail financing in finance/leasing business is preferable.Experience in automotive industry and/or commercial vehicles segment is a plus.Soft skills / individual competence Strong investigative, analytical skills and critical thinking.Digital Mindset and versatile skills especially to digital technology and hybrid working environment.Mature, good organization and time management skills.Pro-active, resolving problems and maintain service excellence, including good collaboration with other BUs.Decisive, target-oriented, has exceptional energy to work effectively under pressure and overtime.Quick learner and able to work both independently as well as team-working spirit with high responsibility.Disciplined, and thoroughly understand and strictly follow Company/Credit Rules, Policies and Procedures.Good command of English (Writing/Speaking) communication and presentation skills.Good IT, numerical and Computer literacy (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams).Proficiency in risk assessment, financial analysis, economics and reporting ability.Organization
