Join us The GoFundMe team is searching for our next a Mobile QA Engineerwho is passionate about ensuring the highest quality foriOS and Android native applications. The ideal candidate has strong experience inmanual mobile testing, a keen eye for detail, and an ability to work effectively in anagile development environment.
You will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to test new features, identify bugs, and improve the overall user experience. While the role is primarily focused onmanual testing, exposure totest automationis a plus and can be a future growth opportunity
Candidates eligible for this role must reside in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The Job…
Manual Testing
Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases foriOS and Android apps.
Performfunctional, regression, UI/UX, and exploratory testingto ensure app quality.
Identify, document, and track bugs usingJIRA or similar tools.
Ensure app stability across differentdevices, OS versions, and network conditions.

Release & Regression Testing
Conductsmoke and sanity testingfor mobile builds before release.
Validate mobile builds inCI/CD pipelines
Work with developers and product managers to prioritize and validate bug fixes.

Collaboration & Agile Workflow
Participate indaily standups, sprint planning, bug triages, and release discussions.
Provide usability and UX feedbackto improve the overall mobile experience.

You… 
2-4 years of experience in manual testing for iOS and Android native apps.
Strong ability to write detailed test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
Hands-on experience with mobile debugging tools like Charles Proxy, Firebase Crashlytics, and Postman.
Familiarity with mobile development environments (Android Studio, Xcode) and app deployment processes.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams using test case management tools (e.g., TestRail).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred
Exposure to mobile test automationusingAppium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
Experience inAPI testing using Postman.
Knowledge of performance testing for mobile apps.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile app releases.
