El Technical Innovation Specialist trabajará cerca del equipo Regional de Innovación digital, brindando apoyo en la identificación e implementación de tecnologías disruptivas para agregar valor a los negocios.
Teniendo siempre en consideración la aplicación de los estándares de tecnología en Nestlé
También definirá y ejecutará un enfoque tecnológico de innovación centrado en el usuario dentro de IT para asegurar que Nestlé entregue soluciones adecuadas que maximicen el retorno de inversión, guiando a los equipos de innovación en la facilitación de las nuevas tecnologías y encontrando la mejor alternativa en cuanto a deseabilidad, viabilidad y factibilidad.
**Un día en la vida de...**
- Detectar las mejores tecnologías innovadoras para nuevos desarrollos (dentro y fuera de la empresa).
- Adquirir rápidamente conocimientos sobre nuevas tecnologías (entender los fundamentos), las tendencias tecnológicas y la experiência de implementación para traducir una necesidad empresarial en un plan de soluciones que represente una solución técnica integral.
- Implementar nuevas tecnologías mediante pruebas de concepto.
- Capacidad para explicar y estimular diferentes tecnologías de innovación a aquellos que no están familiarizados o son escépticos en diferentes níveles jerárquicos.
- Capacidad para manejar cambios.
Organizar y moderar sesiones de innovación tecnológica.
- Inspirar/guiar a los miembros del equipo técnico de innovación.
- Generar ideas basadas en una comprensión profunda de los estándares tecnológicos.
- Iterar prototipos para acercarse a satisfacer a los usuarios finales a través de los equipos de innovación.
- Gestionar y supervisar la arquitectura para un conjunto más amplio de productos/plataformas, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con diseñadores de aplicaciones que gestionan y diseñan la arquitectura para estos.
- Colaborar con los responsables tecnológicos, los BA, los jefes de producto y EA dentro de los grupos de productos (y entre ellos) para garantizar la alineación con la arquitectura empresarial general.
**Lo que te hará exitoso...**
- Estudiante o recibido de las Carreras de Licenciatura en sistemas, Ingeniería en sistemas u otras a fínes.
- Al menos 3 años de experiência en el campo de la tecnología, en al menos tres disciplinas de desarrollo de soluciones de IT, incluyendo arquitectura técnica, administración de redes, desarrollo de aplicaciones, middleware, administración de bases de datos u operaciones.
- Será un plus tener conocimiento y marcada experiência en proyectos de nuevas tecnologías (Realidad Virtual, Realidad Aumentada, Impresión 3D, GenAI/AI, Blockchain, Web3, NFTs, programación web, PoweApps etc).
- Perfil curioso, innovador, con capacidad de trabajar en equipo y en proyectos.
- Inglés avanzado.
