**Tus responsabilidades serán**: Como Senior Software Engineer, vas a ser el enlace entre los equipos técnicos, desarrolladores de software, ingeniería de datos e inteligencia artificial y machine learning, y los product owners y stakeholders, para diseñar los principales componentes de software del porfolio de soluciones de UALI.
Tu rol es garantizar que nuestros productos de software cumplan con las expectativas del cliente y cumplan con los requisitos de calidad, seguridad, escalabilidad, robustes y adaptabilidad.
Vas a liderar la mejora de nuestros procesos y vas a ser la guía de nuestros desarrolladores, aumentando sus conocimientos para convertirlos cada día en mejores profesionales.
Vas a ayudar a establecer prácticas de ingeniería eficaces y ágiles.

**Requisitos**:
¿Qué conocimientos debés tener para aplicar?
Como Senior Software Engineer, esperamos que poseas la mayoría o todos los conocimientos que se listan a continuación.
Si no cumplís con todos, no dejes de aplicar porque en UALI alentamos al aprendizaje y el desarrollo profesional, y podemos acompañarte a que adquieras esos conocimientos que te falten: Tu tech stack: MERN, Python, Software Design Patterns, Clean Code, CI/CD, AWS/Cloud Technologies, Docker, Kubernetes.
Experiência liderando equipos de desarrollo, con el uso de prácticas ágiles.
Experiência en documentación de código, versionado (GIT) y gestión del ciclo de vida del software Experiência en el desarrollo de Web Services y servicios RESTful e integración de APIs propias y de terceros.
Experiência en despligue de aplicaciones multiregión y multilenguaje Experiência en diseño, despliegue y administración de bases de datos SQL y NoSQL Experiência en diseño y despliegue de aplicaciones basadas en microservicios y event driven Conocimiento de standares globales de seguridad y protección de datos Conocimiento de desarrollo de aplicaciones IoT y de procesamiento de grandes volúmenes de datos no estructurados.
Habilidad para la priorización de tareas en función de las necesidades del cliente y el negocio.
