Job Summary The Advertising Specialist is a critical support member who is directly responsible for executing our clients' advertising spend on Amazon in accordance with their goals.
The Advertising Specialist is responsible for account campaign setups, keyword research, relevance in targeting, negotiations, bid management, budget planning, and being able to properly describe and communicate strategy with the Account Specialist.
In addition, you need to understand Amazon strategy, the products being targeted, and how to work PPC with conversion elements and SEO to make a beneficial account strategy.
Professional fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential for this role.
Day to Day Performing advertising related tasks for clients assigned to your Strategist including but not limited to:New campaign setupsKeyword researchBudget management and adjustmentsBid adjustments and managementAudits and reportingNegative keyword targetingRelevancy checksUtilization of top of search placement modifiersSTR analysisCoordination with SEO strategyStrategic recommendationsBulk operationsAnd more as neededUtilizing software such as:ClickUpMerchant SpringSlackZoomGoogle SuiteHelium10More as neededKeeping in consistent communication with your Strategist and upper management in terms of executing advertising goals, alerting to problems, giving analysis and write-ups, etc.Preparing for internal account related discussions with your Strategist and upper management.More as required by job.KPIs Management Rating Survey:Average 8 or higher on a quarterly survey filled out by Strategist.Stay within Monthly Parameters:Client should stay within 10% of budget on average (high or low) each month.Client should stay within 5% of TACOs goals each month (high or low).Completion by Deadlines:80% of tasks should be completed by agreed upon deadline with proper accountability and reporting for each action taken.Benefits We provide 10 local Holidays, plus 2 weeks PTO and data plan coverage after 90 days of joining the BellaVix team.
Please note that this is a fully remote, full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
