Job Description - IT Solution Architect (MER0003FNF)
Description As an IT Solution Architect, you are responsible for delivering and maintaining IT solutions that best fit business processes and requirements in an efficient and secure way for MBFS Korea.
You will analyze business needs and collaborate with multiple teams to find the optimal processes and solutions via IT systems related to automotive financial service areas like sales, credit, finance, etc.
You understand the group's strategy, standard processes, and security guidelines in order to plan and provide solutions by cooperating with regional and global IT financial services organizations.
Main Working Areas: IT Application Maintenance You have a good understanding of IT solution architecture and applications technically.You analyze and support to solve technical problems in IT applications to minimize business impact and risks from disruption.You support the introduction of new technologies and enhancements in IT applications for growing businesses and security requirements.You manage the system operation manual and documentation properly to keep it up-to-date.Demand Management You gain insight into business processes, analyze the impact on business and systems, and prioritize topics to drive business performance.You define, plan, and track the required tasks and manage the implementation of demands as aligned with business teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.You manage deliverables on time with quality by cooperating with engineers, business experts, and suppliers.Information Security and Data Protection, Risk and Compliance You implement IT Security concepts based on global IT & IT Financial Services standards and local regulations.You implement appropriate measures to ensure data protection and data security.You maintain ethical standards in accordance with company policies and compliance guidelines including Anti-Bribery and all relevant competition laws.Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT (plan/build/run).Good knowledge of professional IT Service Management (Business Requirements, ITIL, etc.).Business and process knowledge in the field of the automotive and finance industry.Project management experience with waterfall or agile projects preferred.Personal Skills: IT technical skills, problem-solving, and moderation skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Self-initiative, high flexibility in working schedule, and high reliability in delivering results.Organization
