Are you willing to work full-time for 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week)? Do you want to participate in different projects in the area of the Engineering Department? Could you imagine supporting a global organization within a tremendous transformation process in a VUCA world? If so, let's join us as a new Administration Intern in Engineering Department.
What will you do? In this role, you will work on interesting tasks such as:
Supporting the department's reportingAssisting daily admin tasks for the Engineering officeLearning about PR/PO tracking (purchase request/purchase order) and documentationWorking closely with manager to keep track of all of the requested orders sent to Purchasing DepartmentParticipating in small buy/special buy procurement processExecuting your own improvement projects in the field of engineering as well as other assigned tasksWho are we looking for? To fit into our team you should have:
