We are searching for the right person to join our team, focused on a number of activities aligned with health, safety and the environment, in addition to carrying out a wide range of administration and clerical duties which require an understanding of the employer's business and administration procedures.
Administration tasks need to be undertaken with efficiency and with company time frames adhered to wherever possible.
The Health, Safety & Environment portion of the role involves: Ensuring the upkeep of a safe workplace, in-line with a Safety Management PlanEnsuring compliance with operational legislationCarrying out audits and inductions where necessaryAssisting Management in meeting obligations under relevant legislationOn-going review of a Risk RegisterYou'll also develop and maintain policies, procedures and emergency responses to minimize workplace hazards, as well as recording and investigating incidents and injuries and equipment damage.
You'll provide leadership in Health, Safety and the Environment while driving a positive culture throughout our organization, as well as inducting, educating, and training staff in managing workplace risk and showing our team how to improve safe working practices.
The Senior Administrator portion of the role involves: Assisting with Telephone receptionAccounts payable processing and monthly reconciliationOverflow vehicle administrationDaily bank statement processing and reconciliationAssisting the Administration Manager with month end processing and reconciliation of accountsThe successful applicant will have the following attributes: The skill to provide superior service and a seamless experience to our customersTime management, organizational and administrative skillsSelf-motivation and outstanding customer service skillsExcellent phone manner and communication skillsExperience in Health and Safety within the workplaceA high standard of computer skillsFun and outgoing personalityFull Training will be provided to ensure ease of transition into a dedicated team focused on providing the exceptional customer service standards for which this dealership and our brands have become recognized for.
