Responsibilities: Perform daily shipping administrative support including: Issuance of Sales Contract, Purchase Contracts Shipping Instructions Preparation and checking of Import Export Shipping Documents such as Invoices, Packing Lists, Country of Origin, Bill of Lading, Phytosanitary Certificates, Fumigation Certificate Monitor vessel movements tracking of shipment Other routine shipment-related coordination and documentation within the internal team. Any other ad hoc duties assigned Requirements: with SPM at least 1 year similar work experience Knowledge in import export shipping documentations Team player and ability to work independently Uses MS like Word, Excel, Database Good command of English (writing, speaking)
