As a Senior HRBP, you'll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving the people agenda and unlocking the full potential of our teams across countries.In this role, you'll go beyond traditional HR — you'll be a key architect of our organizational culture, deeply embedded in the rhythm of the business.
You'll champion and evolve our core rituals, lead meaningful diversity & inclusion initiatives, and strengthen cross-country alignment through compelling, clear, and authentic communication.What you'll do: Act as a strategic thought partner to tech leadership across LATAM, supporting org design, talent development, and team effectiveness.
Co-create and scale people rituals that drive clarity, connection, and high performance.
Lead regional D&I efforts, embedding equity and belonging into how we hire, grow, and lead.
Elevate communication strategies to connect teams across borders with transparency and purpose.
Partner closely with global and local HR teams to ensure cohesion and scalability of our people practices.

Organizational Design and Talent Management: Provide consultative support on organizational design, identifying opportunities for synergy, workforce movements, and new hires..
Utilize performance evaluations and talent mapping to drive the Talent Management agenda.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Employ a data-driven approach, using key People KPIs (eNPS, turnover, time-to-fill, compensation cycle, talent review) to inform decisions.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track and analyze people metrics.
Project Management: Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional projects, including employee engagement initiatives, culture programs, and organizational change efforts.
Requirements Proven work experience with generalist Human Resources responsibilities in a tech company.
Demonstrated experience as an HRBP, especially in a tech or fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting senior leadership on HR and people management topics.
Proficiency in data-driven environments, with the ability to create and interpret HR reports.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish,Portuguese and English.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
Ability to influence effectively and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Project management skills, with a track record of leading and delivering HR projects.
