We are looking for a Personal Tax Analyst specializing in the U.S. tax system.
This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with tax regulations, optimizing tax strategies, and accurately preparing individual tax returns.
The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess a strong understanding of tax regulations applicable to individuals in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review individual tax returns (Form 1040 and corresponding schedules).Analyze individuals' tax situations to identify optimization opportunities.Advise clients on tax strategies and applicable regulations.Stay updated on changes in federal, state, and local tax laws.Perform tax projections and payment estimations.Manage tax documentation and records for audits and reviews.Coordinate with other teams (accounting, legal, payroll) to ensure the correct implementation of tax strategies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Advanced knowledge of the U.S. tax system, including federal and state laws.Previous experience in preparing individual tax returns (minimum of 2 years).Proficiency in tax preparation software (e.g., TurboTax, H&R Block, ProConnect, or similar).Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is a plus.Benefits:Flexible work culture - we focus on goal achievement3 weeks of vacation.Week off between Christmas and New Year's Eve.Birthday day off.Marriage leave, maternity/paternity/adoption leave.5 half-days off for personal errands.Develop in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
