Además, el manejo de Excel a un nivel avanzado es una habilidad esencial para el éxito en este rol.ResponsabilidadesColaborar con equipos de proyectos para analizar y gestionar el portafolio de iniciativas tecnológicas.Desarrollar y mantener informes y dashboards en Power BI que permitan visualizar el desempeño del portafolio de proyectos.Extracción, transformación y carga (ETL) de datos utilizando SQL Server para garantizar la integridad y precisión de la información.Elaborar análisis detallados sobre la efectividad de la gestión del portafolio y presentar hallazgos a las partes interesadas.Soportar en la creación y revisión de métodos y procesos de gestión de portafolios, asegurando alineación con las mejores prácticas del sector.Asistir en la capacitación y desarrollo de herramientas para el seguimiento y evaluación de proyectos.Participar en la recolección y análisis de requisitos para proyectos de mejora continua.Requisitos:Título universitario en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Tecnología de la Información, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en roles relacionados con la gestión de proyectos o portafolios de IT.Dominio avanzado de Excel para análisis de datos y modelado.Experiencia en herramientas de visualización de datos, preferente Power BI.Conocimiento en bases de datos y manejo de SQL Server para análisis y reporting.Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas sobresalientes.Capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa en un entorno dinámico.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español.Habilidades deseadasCertificación en gestión de proyectos (PMP, CAPM, etc.)
es un plus.Conocimiento en metodologías ágiles y SCRUM.Familiaridad con herramientas de gestión de proyectos como Microsoft Project o Trello.
