**Tu modalidad de trabajo**
- Full time.
- Mix entre días de home y días en la ofi (Puerto Madero o La Plata).
**Tus responsabilidades**
- Brindar herramientas relacionadas con los procesos de Valor Humano a los/as líderes de la compañía, implementando diversos ámbitos de participación/capacitación.
- Dar seguimiento y asegurar el proceso de On boarding.
- Trabajar colaborativamente con otros/as HRBP para ejecutar las iniciativas corporativas y locales de RRHH.
- Orientar y liderar junto a los/as managers los planes de acción de gestión del talento (competencias, plan de sucesión, gestión de la carrera profesional, gestión del rendimiento, formación, etc.
), adquisición de talento e iniciativas de aprendizaje.
- Analizar el negocio para identificar y recomendar las prioridades, como también identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Proponer mejoras basadas en el análisis de datos y KPI´s claves.
- Colaborar en la detección y organización de acciones de Training, como así, el correcto seguimiento para asegurar el cumplimiento.
- Velar por el employee journey desarrollando propuestas de mejora junto con el equipo de Recruiting y otras áreas soporte.
**Qué esperamos de vos**
- Al menos 2 años de experiência en posiciones similares.
- Manejo de Excel intermedio/ avanzado (excluyente).
- Contar con un nível de inglés upper intermediate en adelante (deseable).
- Muchas ganas de aprender y cancha para trabajar en equipo.
