Objetivo del Cargo El Supply Chain Analyst será responsable de coordinar y ejecutar procesos de compras y logística, asegurando el cumplimiento de tiempos y costos óptimos.
Tendrá un rol clave en la gestión de envíos, documentación de comercio exterior y control de pedidos, colaborando estrechamente con el área de administración y finanzas.
Funciones Comercio Exterior Coordinar envíos internacionales a través de courier o despacho aduanero.
Gestionar pagos de aranceles e impuestos asociados a importaciones y exportaciones.
Elaborar y controlar la documentación requerida para el despacho aduanero.
Compras Gestionar compras locales e internacionales, negociando con proveedores para optimizar costos y plazos de entrega.
Coordinar envíos y hacer seguimiento de pedidos hasta su recepción.
Controlar y administrar SIMs para garantizar la trazabilidad de las compras.
Ingresos a Planta Gestionar la documentación para el ingreso de personal a planta.
Anticipar y coordinar requisitos documentales para garantizar el cumplimiento normativo.
Requisitos: Requisitos y Experiencia Experiencia en empresas pequeñas o medianas, desempeñando múltiples funciones dentro de áreas administrativas, de compras o logística.
Conocimientos en comercio exterior, incluyendo certificados de origen, guías de despacho aéreas, Incoterms y cálculo de IVA en importaciones.
Manejo de servicios de courier como DHL, FedEx y UPS.
Nivel intermedio/avanzado de Excel.
Estudios universitarios en curso o incompletos.
Experiencia previa en entornos presenciales y disponibilidad para trabajar al menos tres días por semana en oficina.
Perfil con habilidades de resolución de problemas, negociación y capacidad de trabajo bajo presión.
Acostumbrado a gestionar un alto volumen de correos y coordinar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.

Modalidad: Híbrida (mínimo 3 días presenciales por semana).
