We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Project Manager with a strong to join our dynamic team.
The Project manager is a critical, strategic role responsible for providing high-level support to the CEO.
In this hybrid role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to a busy entrepreneur who manages three businesses.
You will split your time between working remotely and collaborating in person during occasional visits to Buenos Aires.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented professional with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
What you will do: Manage and prioritize the executive team's calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Prepare and present financial and operational reports to CEO.
Act as a gatekeeper and manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Manage cash flow and payments.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic business plans.
Drive strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Identify and address operational challenges, implementing effective solutions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, cross-functional teams, contractors, and external partners.
About you: Bilingualism (Spanish and English) is a must.
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in financial management, executive assistance and business operations.
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards.
Proven ability to develop and manage financial reports, budgets, and payments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Project Management software.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills: Tech-savvy (AI trained) Leadership experience with remote teams About the role: Work with a passionate and successful entrepreneur.
Full time position available - working hours: 10 am to 7 pm (Argentina time zone) Monthly payments: USD Join our International team
