Description Objective of job
Take responsibility for high-level technical training concept development and training delivery to fulfill the training needs from the market, and support the team to coach and supervise the trainer on training conduction and ensure good training quality.
Main tasks Training needs research, analysis, and planning.High-end training concept development and training content local adaptation based on the concept from MB Training Headquarter in Germany.Training delivery
- Prepare the training material including trainer's manual, participant handout, and test paper;
- Conduct training, especially the train the trainer training (TTT) to MB internal and outsourced trainers.Training evaluation
- Implement the defined assessment procedures to evaluate knowledge transfer of training participants;
- Evaluate the training effectiveness and make training reports and suggestions to management.Coach, teach, and mentor the rest of the trainers under the respective training area.Qualifications - Education
University degree or college graduate, preferred major in automobile engineering.
- Experience
Minimum 10 years of automobile industry relevant working experience. Customer-oriented mindset with good communication, organizational, administrative, and leadership skills. MB aftersales experience would be an advantage. Good English communication ability in the technical area is a mandatory requirement.
- Specific Knowledge
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in a high-end vehicle brand.
