La capacidad de armar equipo de trabajo y crear procesos eficientes para la optimización del presupuesto publicitario es fundamental en este puesto.Funciones y Responsabilidades:Ser el owner Análisis de Rendimiento: Definir, Monitorear y analizar el rendimiento de todos los canales de adquisición y retención utilizando KPIs relevantes (CR, ROAS, CTR, CPC, ACOS, etc).
Proporcionar informes regulares sobre el ROI de los canales y recomendar ajustes en la estrategia basados en el análisis de datos.Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de pauta publicitaria en línea con los objetivos generales de marketing y la estrategia de marca.Identificar oportunidades de mercado y tendencias en publicidad digital para incorporarlas en la planificación estratégica.Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de marketing omnicanal que incluyan publicidad pagada, email marketing, marketing de automatización, canales de branding y personalización para optimizar la adquisición y retención de clientes.Identificar y evaluar nuevos canales de adquisición y retención para expandir el alcance y mejorar la eficacia de las campañas de marketing.Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos, como producto, ventas, atención al cliente y rrhh para asegurar una comunicación de marca coherente y efectiva.Informar a equipos internos sobre estrategias de campaña y rendimiento para asegurar la alineación y el soporte cruzado.Administrar el presupuesto de publicidad digital, optimizando la asignación de recursos para maximizar el retorno sobre la inversión.Ser el principal punto de contacto entre la empresa y la agencia tercerizada encargada de la implementación de campañas digitales.Supervisar y coordinar el trabajo de la agencia para asegurar la coherencia con la estrategia de marca y los objetivos de marketing.Evaluar y aprobar planes de medios, presupuestos, y creativos propuestos por la agencia.Poseer conocimientos en:Marcado perfil ComercialGoogle Ads y Meta Ads (Excluyente)Google Analytics 4 (Excluyente)Google Sheets / Excel (Excluyente)Product ADs & Brand ADs - MercadoLibre (Excluyente)Herramientas de Reporting como Power BI, Looker Studio o afines (Excluyente)Marketing Cloud de Salesforce.
