EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESMinimum of 3 years Domain experience.Minimum 2 full life cycle of SAP SSFF implementations.Good knowledge in at least one of the SSFF components (Employee Central, RCM, RMK, Compensation, Onboarding, P&G, LMS, Report Stories).Good knowledge on SSFF integrations with HCM and SAP products.HCM line of businesses and processes knowledge is required.Good knowledge on Argentinean or Mexican or Colombian Payroll is desirable.Experience in project management is desirable.Good Presentation and communication skillsGood command on English language (Portuguese is a plus)Able to work in an intercultural team.Proven presentation skills.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKSBe actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects.Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.Gain expertise in SAP Success Factors.Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problemsDelivering billable components that meets a customer's needs.
WORK EXPERIENCEMinimum of 3 years Domain experience, with a minimum of 2 years of SAP SSFF experience.
