Your mission as Digital Marketing Analyst
You will play a key role in shaping and executing Kidscorp's brand growth and market positioning through strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include strengthening our global communication strategy, leading high-impact paid media campaigns, and leveraging data insights to create compelling content, including success cases, reports, and infographics, that showcase our leadership and expertise.
What You'll Do Enhance and elevate Kidscorp's global communication strategy across multiple touchpoints: email marketing, social media, events, website, press, newsletters, and landing pages—by optimizing messaging, strengthening execution, and driving innovation in writing and design.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta (Instagram), and LinkedIn to increase Kidscorp's positioning, generate brand awareness, and drive high-quality leads.
Leverage HubSpot and CRM data to track customer and prospect interactions—analyzing engagement (web activity, report downloads, email open rates) and translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Identify and implement new communication strategies, trends, and innovations aligned with the company's objectives.
Develop, structure, and promote success cases, infographics, and reports to be featured in media, our website, and key industry awards.
Lead the creation of a customer loyalty plan, consolidating long-term engagement strategies.
Your work will directly contribute to our mission of becoming the leading global company in our industry.
What It Takes To Succeed +2 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in B2B companies.
Experience managing Google, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns.
Strong attention to detail and results-driven mindset.
Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
Strong planning, prioritization, and content organization skills.
Bilingual or advanced English is required.
Portuguese is a plus.
Relevant degrees: Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
