We are looking for a Bookkeeping & Payroll Specialist to manage our financial records and ensure smooth payroll processing. ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping & Financial Records:
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded.Assist in financial reporting and provide support for audits.Process invoices and manage vendor payments.Track company expenses and prepare financial summaries.Payroll Management:
Process payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.Maintain payroll records, including deductions, and benefits.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.Assist in handling payroll-related queries from employees.RequirementsExperience: At least 3 years of bookkeeping and payroll experience.
Languages: Fluency in Spanish & English. Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar accounting software), Excel, and payroll management tools.
Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and high accuracy in financial records.
Remote Work: Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Knowledge about New Jersey State Laws is a plus.
