Your ImpactAs an advisor to the customer, you'll be working with technology experts to craft architectures and configure products to meet customer-specific needs, lead all technical aspects of pre-sales activities, and position security solutions effectively against competing offerings.
You will:Serve as the authority in Cisco security solutionsUnderstand business requirements for a customer base and be able to translate them into technical requirementsUnderstand and articulate Cisco's architecture and services within security technologiesPerform in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers, partners, and prospectsMinimum Qualifications8+ years of technical sales or pre-sales experience with 4+ years focused in Security.Network Security: Next Generation Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS, NAC, NDR and Network SegmentationSecure Services Edge (SSE) - Secure Web Gateway (SWG), DLP, CASB and ZTNA.BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent is highly preferredStrong communication skills in EnglishPreferred QualificationsCCIE Security, Cloud Architect Professional Certified, CISSP CertificationSecure Access Service Edge (SASE): experience with SD-WAN + SSEEndpoint Security, Threat Detection, and Response: experience with AV, EDR, IR, XDR, SIEM, SOARCloud Security and Application Security: cloud networking and security expertise, knowledge with CSPM, CNAPP, WAF, API Security, and Workload protectionIdentity and Access Management (IAM): experience with MFA, SSO, PAM, and identity federation protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.Programming languages such as UNIX shell, Perl, C, Python, and operating systems Linux, Windows and MacOS, and K8s#WeAreCisco#WeAreCisco where every individual brings their unique skills and perspectives together to pursue our purpose of powering an inclusive future for all.
