With more than 1,300 employees, Chevron Service Center (Buenos Aires Shared Service Center - BASSC), located in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina, provides solutions in the areas of Finance, IT, Downstream, Human Resources, Procurement and Audit to the global organization and is launching its Internship Program. 
The selected candidates will join the BASSC Finance team.

Internships showcase the energy industry's complexities and allow interns to solve real, business problems and optimize processes creatively. Interns will also have opportunities to learn about and apply new digital technologies (i.e., PowerApps, dashboards, data analytics) to enable better, faster decision making.
Your initial responsibilities will depend on which division you join, but may include:
Management of all the main processes of the company's accounting cycle:Banks and treasuryAccounts receivablesInventoriesFixed assets and projectsPurchase to pay cycle.Local and foreign taxesSupport to the sales cycle of the industry.Intercompany transactionsPerformance reports and business analysisPreparation of financial statements of the different companies Requirements Students in their 3rd year of universityFluent in written and oral English. Hours per week: 20 hours.
Internship duration: 12 months, with the possibility of extending for 6 more months.
