Nuestro equipo de soporte SysOps es el encargado del primer punto de contacto con nuestros clientes y sus necesidades, por lo que estarás al frente de desafíos constantes y tecnologías variadas.
Trabajarás con equipos multidisciplinarios, construyendo y ejecutando hojas de ruta de productos y buscando continuamente oportunidades de crecimiento para nuestros clientes, garantizándoles la mejor experiência.

Trabajamos continuamente con nuestro equipo para afrontar nuevos desafíos con tecnologías de punta, logrando así un desarrollo profesional de cada empleado, mediante el apoyo adicional de cursos y certificaciones de primer nível.
Te veras involucrado día a día administrando, brindando soporte y proponiendo mejoras en arquitecturas SaaS y Cloud de gran escala en múltiples servicios como EC2, ECS, EKS, ALB, VPC, VPNs, S3, Cloudfront, entre muchos otros.
Asi como también implementando y gestionando el monitoreo de sistemas complejos y brindando atención de calidad a nuestros clientes.
**Es esta posición para ti?
Requerimos**:
+ de 2 años de experiência administrando AWS, con al menos 4 de los siguientes ítems:
- Experiência en el manejo de AWS, sea diseñando, construyendo y/o administrando
- Experiência en arquitecturas On Premise (Almacenamiento, Redes, Virtualización de servidores, etc)
- Experiência en despliegue de Infraestructura como código IaC (Cloudformation, Terraform)
- Experiência en el diseño y/o administración de soluciones basadas en containers utilizando orquestadores de contenedores (ECS / EKS / Bare K8s).
- Experiência en lenguajes de Scripting (Bash, Powershell, Python, etc) para la automatización de operaciones utilizando scripts y herramientas
- Experiência en sistemas operativos Windows, Linux del tipo servidor.
- Experiência en implementación y administración de herramientas de monitoreo como Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios, etc
- Experiência en Customer Service
- Disponibilidad para trabajar días feriados en modalidad guardia activa
- Disponibilidad para trabajar hasta 2 fines de semana al mes en modalidad guardia pasiva
Valoramos adicionalmente:
- Experiência administrando, diseñando e implementando en otras nubes (Azure, GCP, etc)
- Certificaciones en AWS, Azure, GCP, K8s, etc.
- Un nível intermedio de inglés
