We are looking for a UX Lead to join our teamThe UX Lead's main tasks and responsibilities will be:
Act as a thought leader to our team and as a partner to our clients, and serve as the go-to person when creative and innovative solutions are needed.Communicate effectively in a cross-functional team and lead presentations to clients and other stakeholders.Develop a deep understanding of the client's brand and product offerings, and lead the development of strategic ideas that align with their standards.Manage, mentor, and inspire other members of the team, providing constructive feedback that leads to consistent, quality work.Requirements:You have 4+ years of experience working as a Sr. UX/Product Designer at a high, international level, and a stellar portfolio that shows creative, strategic and tactical range, experience with tech clients, and exceptional attention to detail.You can create clear decks that effectively communicate your thinking and help stakeholders to make decisions.You are familiar with UX research methodologies and can execute some of them if needed.You can facilitate workshops or agile/lean ceremonies while being able to use different methodologies on-the-go to get the needed output.You have the creative problem-solving skills to tackle complex creative problems and bring new ideas to life.Content strategy understanding and information architecture knowledge is required.Diversity and Inclusion:Hogarth is committed to diversity and inclusion, through our ideas, our people, how we behave and conduct ourselves.
