El equipo de IT Services de Navent se encuentra en la búsqueda de una persona que ocupe el rol de: ? IT Support ? ¿Cuál es el objetivo principal del rol?
El objetivo de la posición será implementar y mantener operativo el parque informático y la infraestructura de nuestras oficinas en Argentina.
Brindar asistencia técnica a usuarios internos.
Los principales desafíos de la posición son: Poder llevar adelante la resolución de tickets dentro de SLAs establecidos Cumplir con los plazos para implementación de proyectos Realizar seguimiento del nível de satisfacción de usuarios También vas a encontrar proyectos en curso, y nuevos por implementar, en una empresa muy dinámica, que adopta todo tipo de tecnologías.

Que seas una persona proactiva y comprometida.
Que seas flexible, con gran capacidad de seguir procesos y crear nuevos.
Que tengas excelentes relaciones interpersonales y te guste trabajar en equipo
Que poseas buenas habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
Además, nos gustaría que: Seas graduado o avanzado en carreras como Licenciatura en Sistemas, Cs.
de la computación o afines.
Que cuentes con 2 o mas años de experiência en posiciones similares (desarrollándote en empresas de, al menos, 80 personas).
Tengas conocimientos sólidos en Sistemas Operativos: Windows, OSX, Ubuntu.
Troubleshooting de problemas relacionados con Software y Hardware.
Conocimientos de networking.
Es un plus que tengas conocimientos en: Administración de Google Workspace (deseable).
Active Directory, intermedio.
Telefonía IP (deseable).
Experiência con sistemas de Tickets.
(ITIL deseable).
Administración de Switches e infraestructura WiFi (Deseable).
