Understand business operations to effectively interpret financial outcomes, identify issues, train colleagues, and assist in driving change where necessary.
- Manage multiple projects and ongoing work activities in the department typically involving cross-functional representatives.
- Maintain complete and accurate standard operating procedures and Sarbanes-Oxley related internal control documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Pfizer accounting policies and procedures both for center of excellence processes as well as the sites it supports.
- Design team's Key Performance Indicators, monitor and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of execution of the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic projects and process improvements.
- Lead global projects and/or cross-functional initiatives that are in addition to existing role and responsibility.
- Act as a final reviewer of region-specific financial data and submissions to ensure accuracy, ensuring business deliverables and financial deadlines are met.
- Undertake full regional operational responsibility to ensure all deliverables are successfully achieved.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
