Your Purpose As a Compliance Process Improvement Specialist, you will focus on enhancing processes related to compliance across all the organization and in all jurisdictions we operate. This role aims at ensuring our processes are efficient, organized, properly documented, and up to date. You will also contribute to the global compliance strategy based on a strong data-driven approach, being responsible for building metrics, conducting analyses to identify potential AML risks, and providing insights to design new tools or processes for compliance and AML.
Reports To Interim Chief Compliance Officer
Who You Are Bachelor's degree in finance, law, engineering, business administration, or related fields.Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing process improvement, data analytics, and/or compliance workflows.Prior experience in financial services, risk areas, and AML is highly preferred.Proven track record of innovation, creative problem-solving, and delivering high-quality results.Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.Ability to embrace change and thrive in an ever-evolving department.What You Will Do Conduct process mapping, documentation, and optimization to streamline compliance prevention procedures.Proactively monitor and mitigate AML risks by implementing robust control mechanisms.Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Business Continuity, Fraud, Legal, and Product.Build dashboards and reports to monitor compliance KPIs and OKRs.Identify suspicious behaviors and construct user profiles using analytical tools.Perform analysis to create and calibrate rules and alerts.Drive and execute various analytical projects within the compliance team.Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in current processes.Research in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion suggests that individuals may hesitate to apply for jobs if they do not meet all the listed criteria.
