Analizar, ddefinir y coordinar las acciones necesarias para que para todos los canales y plataformas digitales de RBWM (OLBanking, Mobile Banking, PWS, Onboardings Digitales, URL´s, etc cumplan sus objetivos:
Nuestros clientes deben registrarse y estar activos en todos los canales digitales, para resolver sus necesidades comerciales y de comunicación con el banco, obteniendo además ofertas adecuadas de productos, tal que se logre maximizar la venta a través del canal.
Deberá desarrollar acciones para atraer la atención de nuevos clientes, mediante el análisis del mercado y de plataformas digitales, innovaciones tecnológicas, el acuerdo con entidades en formato de partnership, a través de campañas de marketing, que finalicen en la adquisición de nuevos clientes y de las ventas asociadas.
**_Principales tareas:_**
Es responsable de analizar los resultados para alcanzar los objetivos de VENTAS en canales digitales.
Organizar y darle seguimiento al plan de venta de productos y servicios a través de los canales digitales.
Coordinar las campañas comerciales del área, junto a las áreas de producto y segmentos involucradas (Premier, Payroll, RBB, Wealth, Productos Activos y Pasivos, FCI y seguros)
Impulsar el crecimiento de las ventas para que en el plazo de 2 años el canal digital participe en al menos 30% de todos los productos de WPB.
Define y coordina los planes plan de ventas por productos y servicios maximizando la performance de los canales digitales
Junto a Mktg, CRM, Producto y Segmentos define el mix de comunicación de la oferta, medios a aplicar y plan de ejecución,
Identificar y proponer el desarrollo de nuevos productos o servicios para comercializar en los canales digitales.
Liderar la construcción de los mismos junto a las áreas dueñas de los mismos contruyenndo robustas value propositivos nativas digitales
Lograr que un 20% de los clientes NTB de WPB provengan de los canales Digitales en 2 años
Lograr que 85% de los ETB y NTB de WPB estén digitalizados y activos en alguna plataforma Digitales en 2 años
Deberá ejecutar el plan de ejecución de acciones que le permitan cumplir con el AOP de cada producto que deba comercializar.
Dará seguimiento a las acciones de Retargeting para todos los flujos digitales de modo de maximizar los resultados comerciales a mínimos costos
Coordinar acciones de registración y uso de los canales digitales por parte de los clientes
Efectuar acciones para WPB Ar al tope de ranking en los indicadores globales digitales que publica el grupo mensualmente.

Fuerte carácter y vocación hacia lo comercial
Fuerte orientación a resultados
Comprensión clara y experiência en las herramientas que dispone un canal digital y su uso a los fines comerciales.
Entendimiento claro de la segmentación de cartera y del perfil de usuarios bancarios, y sus preferencias y habitos relacionados a estos productos.
Claro manejo de indicadores, ratios, aspectos financieros y normales de índole bancaria, con capacidad de análisis para detectar emergentes a partir de métricas operativas y financieras, y tomar consecuentemente acciones que aseguren el retorno sobre las inversiones realizadas.
Nível de Inglés avanzado oral y escrito.
12 meses de antigüedad en el rol actual.
