Who We Are:Factored was conceived in Palo Alto, California by Andrew Ng and a team of highly experienced AI researchers, educators, and engineers to help address the significant shortage of qualified AI & Machine-Learning engineers globally. We are currently looking for an exceptional Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. You will be tasked with selecting the best talent across LATAM and supporting fast-growing recruitment processes within Factored.
What you will be doing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent in AI, Data, and Software Engineering.Translate client needs into targeted recruitment strategies, ensuring candidates' skills are aligned with project demands and ensuring an effective matching process.Collaborate closely with account managers and talent tech leads to understand clients' business objectives and technical requirements.Conduct detailed interviews to assess technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to create a pipeline of top talent.Continuously refine recruitment and talent processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hires.Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to provide account managers with strategic insights and competitive advantages.What you will bring: 5+ years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Adapt to changing priorities and maintain a proactive approach to overcome challenges and deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.Portuguese is a plus, enhancing the ability to connect with diverse candidates.At Factored, we believe that passionate, smart people expect honesty and transparency, as well as the freedom to do the best work of their lives while learning and growing as much as possible.
